OVERVIEW

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern all access to and use of the website, online store, and any related services provided by Shopyourproduct (“Shopyourproduct,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to sell our products to you, but all purchases and legal relationships are strictly between you and Shopyourproduct.

We may indicate acceptance by sending an order confirmation or by dispatching the products, whichever occurs first.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the purchase agreement is considered dissolved and we will refund the amounts you have paid for that order. Such refund will generally be limited to the purchase price of the products and, if applicable, the original standard shipping cost, unless mandatory law requires otherwise. We shall not be liable for any additional costs, losses, or damages resulting from such cancellation.

You are responsible for verifying that all details in your order are correct before submitting it. Once an order is submitted, we are not obligated to accept requests to change or cancel it. Where we choose, at our discretion, to accommodate a change or cancellation request, this is done as a courtesy only and does not create any obligation to do so in the future.

SECTION 4 PRICES, TAXES, AND BILLING

All prices shown in the store are subject to change without prior notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed, as displayed at checkout and in your order confirmation. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, shipping and handling charges, customs duties, and import taxes.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge your chosen payment method for the full amount of your order, including any applicable taxes, fees, and charges.

In the event of pricing or billing errors, we reserve the right to correct such errors at any time and, if necessary, to cancel any orders placed at an incorrect price, even after an order has been confirmed or paid.

SECTION 5 SHIPPING, DELIVERY, AND RISK OF LOSS

We ship all orders within seven days from the date of successful payment, unless otherwise specified during checkout. This processing time is for dispatch only and does not include the transit time of the carrier.

All delivery times communicated by us, whether on the website or in order confirmations, are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays or failures in delivery caused by the carrier, customs, incorrect or incomplete address information provided by you, or any events beyond our reasonable control.

Risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you once we hand the shipment over to the carrier. From that point onwards, you bear all risks associated with transport, including but not limited to loss, damage, delay, or misdelivery. If a shipment is lost or damaged in transit, your recourse is primarily against the carrier, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you may have.

You are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and any additional fees imposed by authorities in the destination country. Such charges are non-refundable, even if you return the products, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

SECTION 6 RETURNS AND COOLING-OFF PERIOD

Subject to the conditions below and any mandatory legal rights, Shopyourproduct accepts returns within 14 days from the date you receive the products. After this period, we are under no obligation to accept returns, exchanges, or issue any refund.

To initiate a return, you must contact us within the 14-day period in accordance with our Return Policy [LINK] and follow the instructions provided. Returns that are sent without prior notification or contrary to our instructions may be refused or significantly delayed.

Products must be returned in unused, undamaged condition, in their original packaging (including all accessories, manuals, and labels), and suitable for resale. If the condition of the returned products does not meet these requirements, we may refuse the return, issue only a partial refund, or charge a reasonable fee for loss of value, in accordance with applicable law.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, you are fully responsible for the cost and risk of returning the products. You must use a trackable shipping method and keep proof of shipment. If a return is lost or damaged in transit, the risk and cost remain with you, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

Unless required by law, we are under no obligation to refund original shipping costs or any customs duties, taxes, or fees paid in relation to the order. Refunds, when approved, will generally be made using the same payment method you used, within a reasonable period after we have received and inspected the returned products.

Nothing in this section is intended to exclude or limit your statutory right of withdrawal where applicable law grants you such a right, but we reserve the right to require proof and compliance with all applicable legal conditions.

Shopyourproduct does not provide any independent product warranties beyond those explicitly required by law. Any warranty, guarantee, or after-sales service on a product is provided by the manufacturer or the relevant third party, where applicable.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, all warranty claims relating to defects, performance, or quality of the products are handled exclusively under the manufacturer’s or supplier’s terms and conditions. We may, at our discretion, assist you by forwarding your claim or providing contact details, but we do not guarantee any particular outcome or resolution.

This section does not limit any mandatory statutory rights you may have, such as rights regarding non-conformity and legal guarantees under applicable consumer law, but to the extent permitted by such law, our role in warranty matters is strictly limited.

SECTION 8 INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the online e-commerce platform. However, all sales contracts, obligations, and liabilities relating to your purchases are between you and Shopyourproduct alone. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage arising out of or relating to your transactions with Shopyourproduct.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shopyourproduct, its owners, affiliates, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, savings, data, or goodwill, arising out of or connected with your use of the Services or any products, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise.

To the extent we are found liable notwithstanding the foregoing, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services or your purchases shall be limited to the amount you actually paid to Shopyourproduct for the specific order giving rise to the claim, unless mandatory law requires a higher limit.
