The main features of this blade are high stability and cutting speed. The disc's disc is 2.5 mm thick, so it can be used for bevelling without the need for special stiffening discs, although of course, their use can help achieve the greatest precision. The TPI blade uses a TURBO rim, which requires the cutting line to be drawn approximately 1-2 mm below the original edge of the tile to avoid damaging the glazed layer. The diamond rim is attached to the metal disc using laser welding, ensuring maximum durability and safety. To maximize the performance of the TPI blade, it is recommended to periodically use a diamond blade cleaning block. A sharpening stone can be used before first use and is especially recommended after a long period of inactivity, when changing the material being cut, or when noticing a significant reduction in cutting speed. Correct use of the sharpening block involves repeatedly cutting it. RUBI offers two grades of blades: PRO and SUPERPRO. PRO blades offer the best value for money. SUPERPRO blades are suitable for the most demanding jobs. It is recommended to use the TPI blade only on electric cutters equipped with a special guard for blades with non-continuous rims.
