The pans have a thick base made with Magneto technology, making them compatible with all stovetops, including induction. Thanks to the use of aluminum, they heat up quickly and distribute heat evenly, saving energy. Padova pans are oven-safe at temperatures up to 220°C. The pan handles are made with PVD technology, providing a smooth, scratch-resistant surface and deep color. The PVD coating is hypoallergenic, making the pans suitable for those with sensitive skin. Although the pans are dishwasher safe, hand-washing is recommended to extend the coating's durability.
