ROGER UT-2 USB INTERFACE ROGER+RACS+4. ROGER UT-2 USB RS485 COMMUNICATION INTERFACE. ITEM DESCRIPTION The UT-2USB v2.0 enables communication with serial devices operating in the RS485 standard via a PC's USB port. This interface was primarily designed for use in the RACS access control system, but it can also be used in other situations requiring communication with a serial device equipped with an RS485 port. Thanks to the galvanic isolation built into the UT-2USB v2.0 interface, the computer to which the interface is connected is electrically separated from devices connected to the RS485 terminals, and there is no risk of equalizing currents flowing between power grounds.
