The Filtra Pro Inox & Design 3 L is a stylish, semi-professional fryer built to last, thanks to its sturdy stainless steel inner pan and waffle-patterned stainless steel housing. The fryer is equipped with a patented filter that can be used after every use, ensuring no residue remains and the oil stays clean. The fryer has a capacity for 3 L of oil, allowing you to fry up to 1.2 kg of delicious fries, just like a professional. It is equipped with a submerged heating element for fast and perfect results. The enamel inner pan is removable, making it easy to use and clean.
The Filtra Pro can be completely disassembled, and all parts, with the exception of the heating elements, are dishwasher safe. You can set the temperature between 150°C and 190°C and select the cooking time using the digital timer. You can also monitor the cooking process thanks to the viewing window in the lid.
