The Inventum cold zone fryer GF431 B has a capacity of 3 liters and a power of 2200 watts. The temperature is easily set using the rotary knob, up to a maximum of 190°C. The fryer features a removable inner pan and a black housing. The heating element is suspended directly in the liquid frying oil.
