It should be positioned with the smooth side facing up and the bubble side in contact with the water. It helps retain precious heat by preventing water evaporation. Ubbink bubble covers and safety covers for pools are only suitable for Ubbink pools of the corresponding dimensions and cannot be used on other pools.
