The Forged brand knife set is an elegant 3-piece knife set of pure craftsmanship. Made from Japanese 440C steel, the knives are hand-forged by a blacksmith passionate about his craft. This makes the knife set very strong and durable, with a Rockwell hardness of 58. It features an open-grain design where the blade and handle are hammered after heating, and the handle is bent, while the blade is not polished. This creates a very traditional look where the forging is visible, making each knife unique. The knife set has a 2mm blade thickness and an 18-degree sharpening angle for excellent results. Finally, the knife set comes with a 10-year guarantee and is packaged in a luxurious wooden box. This set consists of one 20.5cm Forged Brute chef's knife, one 17.5cm cleaver, and one 12.5cm utility knife.
