The Diamant Sebra Sharpening Steel from Forged is a sharpening steel designed to maintain your Forged Sebra knives and keep them razor-sharp. Handcrafted from Japanese 440C steel and featuring a Dalbergia melanoxylon wood handle, this sharpening steel is exceptionally strong and durable. It ensures that burrs on your knife's edge are moved in the direction of the cutting edge, keeping your knife sharp. Simply run the entire blade of your knife along the sharpening steel, both front and back. For best results, run the front edge twice as often. It's important to maintain the knife at a consistent angle throughout. The sharpening steel is 26 cm long, weighs 430 grams, comes packaged in a luxurious wooden box, and includes a 10-year warranty.
