Thanks to its robust special gearbox, the large 5-liter stainless steel bowl can handle doughs weighing up to 2.5-3 kg. The die-cast aluminum mixing hook ensures even mixing of larger quantities of dough. For heavy doughs like yeast or bread dough, the die-cast aluminum dough hook is perfectly suited. The speed is infinitely variable. A removable splash guard lid with a refill opening, a 35° swiveling multi-function arm with a release mechanism, and a quick-release chuck for changing individual attachments provide added convenience with the KM 6030.
