The expansion anchor for metric screws and threaded rods. The fischer MS expansion anchor is made of high-quality nylon for screws with a metric thread. This special anchor can be installed using pre-positioned and time-saving push-through methods. As the screw is tightened, the MS expands and anchors itself in the drilled hole. The fischer MS expansion anchor is ideal for fastening handles, shutters, or downpipes in concrete, aerated concrete, plasterboard, and all other solid and hollow building materials. Advantages: The internal geometry of the MS allows the use of standard metric screws or threaded rods and enables ideal adaptation to the application. The rimless anchor sleeve allows the anchor to be inserted deep enough under the plaster to reach the load-bearing substrate, which is necessary to achieve maximum load-bearing capacity. Since the anchor expands in only two directions, the expansion forces can be directed into the building material parallel to the edge by rotating the anchor.
