Description
The Steinel IS 1 is a single-channel infrared motion detector with an integrated twilight sensor for automatic lighting control. It mounts to walls or ceilings indoors and outdoors, featuring a pivoting sensor head that rotates ±30° horizontally and tilts 180° for a 120° detection angle and range up to 10 m, covering up to 100 m². Users can adjust the lighting hold time from 8 s to 35 min and set the light sensitivity threshold between 2 and 2000 lux. Operating at 220–240 V with up to 500 W switching capacity, the IS 1 carries an IP54 ingress protection rating and Class II construction.
