The scale requires neither batteries nor mains power for operation. Power is supplied by state-of-the-art solar technology based on the latest ASIC technology. Excess energy is stored and used in low-light conditions (below 150 lux) – although the required lighting level in office spaces must be 500 lux. This ensures the scale functions perfectly even in dark rooms.
