ACT industrial sensor cables (actor cables) feature a TPE (thermoplastic elastomer) jacket, making them highly resistant to mechanical stresses such as movement in a chain. The connectors are molded TPE, and the ingress protection rating is IP67. The ultraflex cable features individual cores composed of 41 copper wires, resulting in a diameter of AWG24. This design improves the cable's flexibility compared to a standard AWG24/7 patch cable. The twisted conductors consist of thin, uninsulated copper wires twisted together. The more wires in a twisted conductor, the greater the cable's flexibility.
