S/FTP LSZH patch cable, Cat.7 (connector: Cat.6A) (600MHz) in a snagless design with gold-plated contacts. For Ethernet up to 10GBase-T. This Cat.7 cable for operating frequencies up to 600MHz with overall braided shielding and foil shielding of individual conductors (S/FTP) was developed for use in data centers, server rooms, rack mounting of network and control cabinets, etc., for networks up to 10GBaseT. It was manufactured and tested according to the guidelines of the ISO/IEC 11801 specification. The cables are individually packaged in a polybag. The gold-plated contacts ensure reliable, corrosion-free connections over very long periods. The snagless clip protection prevents the locking clip on the connector from breaking or tearing off. This allows the cables to be stored and handled without the clips becoming entangled. Thanks to its halogen-free sheathing, this LSZH-designed cable is suitable for use in public spaces due to its low fume emission and the complete elimination of toxic halogens. This product uses Cat.7 cable material. The Cat.7 standard originally defined the GG45 connectors, which were designed as an evolution of RJ45 but failed to gain market acceptance. The RJ45 connector has since been further developed to easily meet the requirements of Cat.7. However, it was never officially defined for Cat.7.
