Its raised honeycomb stainless steel structure protects the non-stick coating and allows rapid searing at high temperatures up to 260 °C. Compatible with all stovetops including induction and oven safe, it offers even heat distribution and scratch resistance. Hand wash only to preserve the honeycomb surface and non-stick performance.
