The differential temperature controller is used in private and commercial applications as a temperature differential circuit. A typical application is the control of solar thermal systems. Temperature sensor 1 measures the temperature at the solar panel, and temperature sensor 2 measures the temperature at the heat storage tank. The microprocessor of the differential temperature controller then controls up to two circulation pumps or one circulation pump and a bypass valve accordingly. You operate the differential temperature controller using four buttons and a display.
