Vehicle Charging Booster Set for Motorhomes, Tradespeople, and Commercial Vehicles. The intelligent IVT charging booster is used to charge lead-acid, lead-gel, AGM, and lithium auxiliary batteries while driving in vehicles with 12V systems. This versatile charging booster has two charging stages. In 30A mode, the device can recharge the auxiliary battery at up to 30A. In 10A caravan mode, the charging booster allows batteries in a caravan or trailer to be recharged via the connector. In this mode, the charging current is limited to a maximum of 10A. The intelligent IVT charging booster is a switched-mode step-up/step-down converter that compensates for fluctuating alternator voltage. As soon as an alternator signal is present at the charging booster (D+), it automatically activates. The connected auxiliary battery is then charged independently of the alternator voltage. The switch to trickle charging is automatic and depends on the current. The car battery charger kit includes all materials for connecting the charger to the batteries in 30 A charging mode. Note: Additional electrical devices should only be connected to the auxiliary battery.
