Prototype: RCe 2/4 "Red Arrow" electric multiple unit, 3rd class, maintained as a museum vehicle for special excursions by the Oensingen-Balsthal Railway (OeBB). Restored, the unit externally replicates its mid-1950s appearance in the SBB's purple-red livery. Unit number 607. Operating condition 2023. Model: With mfx+ digital decoder and extensive light and sound functions. Controlled high-efficiency propulsion. Special motor with flywheel and cardan shaft to the drive bogie. 2 axles driven. Traction tires. Swiss headlight configuration, triple headlights and one white marker light operate conventionally, digitally switchable. A red marker light can also be selected. Standard built-in interior lighting. Headlights and interior lighting with maintenance-free warm white and red LEDs. Various ambient sounds can be triggered via the function keys. Length over buffers 25.7 cm. Just in time for the 125th anniversary of the opening of the Oensingen-Balsthal railway, the RCe 2/4 607 "Red Arrow" express railcar was restored to working order and can now be hired again for special trips. This model is available in a DC version in the Trix H0 range under article number 25860.
