High heat resistance and durability: Polymaker™ HT-PLA-GF offers exceptional thermal performance with a thermal deformation resistance (HDT) of up to 114.7°C (0.45 MPa) and 84°C (1.8 MPa) in the tempered state. It is therefore ideal for components that must withstand high temperatures and mechanical stress, far exceeding the limits of standard PLA. Glass fiber reinforced: The inclusion of glass fibers gives this filament increased stiffness, greater impact resistance, and minimal deformation. The material reaches a modulus of elasticity of up to 4200 MPa, offering excellent stiffness and consistent mechanical behavior in both the XY and Z directions. Precision and stability: Thanks to its low shrinkage values—only 0.05% in the XY and Z directions—Polymaker™ HT-PLA-GF ensures accurate and reliable results for precision parts. This dimensional stability makes it an excellent choice for printing functional devices and prototypes.
