Polymaker™ HT-PLA-GF offers exceptional thermal performance with a heat deformation temperature (HDT) of up to 114.7°C (0.45 MPa) and 84°C (1.8 MPa) in the tempered state. It is therefore ideal for components that must withstand high temperatures and mechanical stress, far exceeding the limits of standard PLA. Glass fiber reinforced. The inclusion of glass fibers gives this filament increased stiffness, superior impact resistance, and minimal deformation. The material reaches an elastic modulus of up to 4200 MPa, offering excellent stiffness and consistent mechanical behavior in both the XY and Z directions. Precision and stability. Thanks to its low shrinkage values—only 0.05% in the XY and Z directions—Polymaker™ HT-PLA-GF guarantees accurate and reliable results for precision parts. This dimensional stability makes it an excellent choice for printing functional devices and prototypes. Seamless printing experience. The filament is designed to run smoothly at standard PLA settings and requires a nozzle temperature of 210-230°C and a build plate temperature of 25-60°C.
