Prototype: Three pairs of 3-axle compartment coaches of Prussian design from the Royal Prussian Railway Administration (KPEV). One pair of B3/B3 coaches (2 x 2nd class) in brown-green, one pair of C3/C3 coaches (2 x 3rd class and 3rd class with brakeman's cab) in nut brown, and one pair of C3/C3 P coaches (3rd class and 3rd class with luggage compartment) in nut brown or reddish-brown. Model: All coaches feature factory-installed LED interior lighting with energy storage and current-conducting couplings. The train can be powered by the P 8 steam locomotive (item 39381) via the built-in current-conducting close couplings. The compartment coach pairs are permanently coupled. A movable center axle allows for improved curve negotiation. Each pair of carriages is individually packaged. Total length over buffers approx. 82.5 cm. A suitable steam locomotive can be found in the Märklin H0 range under item number 39381. This model is also available in a DC version in the Trix H0 range under item number 23047.
