This Modbus module with four digital outputs was developed for decentralized switching applications. It is suitable for switching electrical components such as motors, contactors, lamps, blinds, etc. The relay contacts must be protected by appropriate load-dependent measures. The module features a manual override for switching the relays manually. The outputs can also be switched via standard registers using a Modbus master. The module's addressing, bit rate, and parity settings are configured via two address switches on the front panel or via software. It is suitable for decentralized mounting on TH35 DIN rails according to IEC 60715 in electrical distribution boards. Connection is via spring-loaded push-in terminals.
