The fischer FPX-I aerated concrete anchor is made of electrogalvanized steel. After pre-drilling, the FPX-I is simply hammered into place. Drill hole cleaning is not necessary. The fischer aerated concrete anchor is tightened using a hex key and a cordless screwdriver or ratchet. This draws the cone into the expansion sleeve. The four wings create an undercut in the drill hole. After expansion, the hex key automatically disengages. The fischer FPX-I aerated concrete anchor is ideally suited for fastening suspended ceilings, railings, or kitchen cabinets in aerated concrete.
