With two interchangeable blade sets, the EK508 effortlessly slices anything that comes before its stainless steel blade into even slices. This means the roast is still warm when served, and frozen food thaws faster. The appliance boasts a timeless design and the combination of a stylish exterior and robust interior typical of GRAEF products. Despite its powerful 150 W motor, the device operates quietly and with minimal vibration. It drives two different pairs of blades: one with a professional serrated edge for all occasions and one specifically for frozen food. The blades can be changed safely using a conveniently located release button and a special finger guard. The EK508 is also as easy and safe to use. The blade pairs only move as long as the safety button integrated into the handle is held down. Another clever detail: After cutting, the electric knife can be stood upright, keeping the work surface clean. The blades themselves are also easy to clean, as they are dishwasher safe.
