The LH10 is a hearing amplifier with a highly sensitive microphone that amplifies ambient sounds, enabling a hearing-impaired person to participate in a discussion. When the T-coil is activated, the LH10 receives the magnetic fields generated by induction loops, such as those found in cinemas and conference rooms, and reproduces them as an audible signal.
