Radio-controlled - This Braun clock automatically adjusts and controls itself via DCF radio signal for the Central European Time zone. This covers most of Central and Western Europe, including Germany, France, the Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark, Switzerland, Northern Italy, etc. Not suitable for use in the UK or Ireland. For use in countries where the clock cannot receive a radio signal, the radio function can be deactivated and the clock can be set manually. The setting ring is used to quickly set the clock and alarm. Turning the ring clockwise advances the time, while turning it counterclockwise sets it back. Crescendo alarm - The alarm will sound increasingly frequently and loudly if not deactivated. Snooze/light function (snooze interval: 5 minutes, light turns on for 10 seconds after manual activation). Inverted LCD display with 12-hour/24-hour setting option. The digital display may have variable contrast depending on the room lighting.
