Combined with a soil moisture sensor such as the smart Sensor, the irrigation control system skips unnecessary watering schedules. Data-driven irrigation planning makes overwatering a thing of the past. Smart Home Integration: Thanks to compatibility with Apple Home, Alexa, Google Home, and more, the smart Irrigation Control can be easily integrated into almost any smart home system. Once configured, lawn and plant irrigation can be controlled via your smartphone or smart home hub, making watering your plants convenient. High-quality valve technology: The smart irrigation controller incorporates high-quality valve technology and Safe Stop. The valve handles water pressures from 0.5 bar to 12 bar. This flexibility helps ensure a constant water supply. Frost Alert: When temperatures drop below freezing, irrigation equipment can be damaged by frost and ice. The GARDENA smart app monitors weather forecasts and sends frost alerts if temperatures drop too low, allowing you to take preventative measures before any damage occurs, protecting your investment and irrigation equipment. Using the smart irrigation controller requires the GARDENA Bluetooth or GARDENA smart app. For both apps, a smartphone or tablet with iOS 17/Android 9 or later is recommended.
