The Bosch 18V Starter Set (2.0 Ah + 4.0 Ah + AL 18V-20) includes the AL18V-20 charger, a 2.0 Ah battery, and a 4.0 Ah battery. This size is ideal for tackling large and demanding projects on a single battery charge, such as gardening and sanding. Thanks to the intelligent charging system, the battery's charge level is automatically detected, and the optimal charging current is applied based on battery temperature and voltage. This protects the battery and ensures it remains fully charged even when stored in the charger. Within the POWER FOR ALL 18V system, a single battery works with all devices. Since 2007, this battery has been 100% backward and forward compatible with all green Bosch 18V tools and with many other devices from the GARDENA, Bosch Home, GLORIA Haus und Gartengeräte, Wagner, and Rapid brands within the POWER FOR ALL ALLIANCE. Simply insert the POWER FOR ALL battery into your chosen tool or garden equipment, and you're ready to go. This saves on unnecessary batteries and chargers, saving not only space but also money with every subsequent purchase, while also protecting the environment.
