The Einhell TE-AG 18/125-2 Li Solo angle grinder is a cordless electric tool for sanding, cutting, and polishing work on metal, stone, and various materials using appropriate sanding, cutting, or polishing discs. The device operates on the 18V Power X-Change battery platform and requires an 18V lithium-ion battery from the system, with the battery and charger sold separately. It has a disc diameter of 125 mm with a maximum cutting depth of 33 mm and operates at 8,500 rpm. Various safety features include soft start for controlled acceleration and restart protection, which prevents automatic operation after a power interruption. A robust aluminum motor housing ensures durability, while overload protection protects the motor in demanding applications. The removable dust guard, combined with intelligent air management, protects internal components from contamination and extends their service life. The slim design features an ergonomic main handle with a soft grip and an additional side handle that can be mounted in two positions for comfortable use in a variety of working positions. The easily adjustable disc guard allows for flexible, tool-free positioning, and a specially designed stand ensures stability when not in use. The device operates quietly thanks to the isolated motor and transmission system, which reduces vibration transmission. For optimal performance, a battery with a capacity of 2.5 Ah or higher is recommended. The Power X-Change system enables compatibility with over 300 different tools on the same 18V battery platform, with the option of combining two batteries for 36V operation in more powerful machines. The package includes a plastic disc guard, but does not include a sanding disc, battery, or charger.
