The practical Fiskars Functional Form wok is ideal for everyday cooking, especially for frying eggs, vegetables, meat, rice, and pasta, as well as for preparing stir-fries and curries. The 28 cm wok body is made of durable, 90% recycled stainless steel and is suitable for all stovetops, including induction. The wok features a plastic-free, non-stick Ceratec ceramic coating that is easy to clean and dishwasher-safe. The Functional Form wok has a 3-layer base for optimal heating and even cooking, and a handle that stays cool to the touch for a comfortable grip. The wok has a maximum frying temperature of 270°C and is oven-safe up to 150°C for recipes that require oven cooking, ensuring a seamless cooking process. Made in Finland in Fiskars' ISO 14001 certified factory.
