The Lauben Sous Vide Stick SV01 Cooking Circulator Stick is designed for precision cooking. This circulator features a maximum temperature of 95 °C and a minimum temperature of 20 °C, catering to a variety of sous vide cooking techniques. It has a pumping capacity of 8.5 l/min and can accommodate a water heating volume of up to 15 liters. Constructed with a durable metal housing, the product is also waterproof with an IPX7 rating. The built-in display allows for easy monitoring, and it can be controlled via a knob and buttons.
