This camera is part of the WizSense product series, an AI technology with deep learning algorithms designed to recognize people and vehicles, as well as predict certain events. Thus, through WizSense technology, a target / intruder can be quickly detected following an event, thanks to the use of active deterrence (Active Deterrence). In the event of an accident, users can be alerted in real time through push notifications, being informed about its cause. The Dahua IP surveillance camera IPC-PTS2249B-E2-S-PV-0360B-PRO benefits from 2 lenses: a 3.6mm fixed lens and a 3.6mm PT lens. Both offer a viewing angle of 81°. In addition, they capture images at 2MP resolution, providing clear images. You can adjust the lens orientation depending on the type: the fixed lens allows manual vertical adjustment between -10° and 15°, and horizontal adjustment up to a maximum of 326°. The PT lens can be controlled remotely through the DMSS application, with a horizontal adjustment of up to 350° and a vertical adjustment of up to 90°. The captured images will have superior clarity thanks to Dahua's WizColor technology, which allows the reproduction of faithful color images even at night. This is possible thanks to the large F1.0 aperture, which allows for the capture of a larger amount of light, while preserving fine details. WizColor technology effectively uses weak light sources, such as moonlight or streetlights, to generate colorful, clear and impactful images of the entire monitored frame. The camera is equipped with 4 white light LEDs, which will ensure the capture of color images at a distance of 30m. The device also benefits from the intelligent motion detection function, classifying targets into people or vehicles. Once the detection occurs, you will be alerted by notifications sent to the DMSS mobile application, even if you are not at the monitored location. Through the application, you will be able to view live images. The Perimeter Protection function allows you to delimit a specific space that will be designated for surveillance. In this mode, movement will only be detected in the desired area. The camera is also equipped with a built-in microphone and speaker that facilitate two-way conversations and recording sounds from the monitored area. The camera's Active Deterrence function integrates an audible alarm and 4 powerful LEDs, designed to deter intruders. When suspicious activity is detected, the audible alarm is activated and the LEDs light up, attracting attention and intimidating malicious people. Video recordings can be stored directly on a microSD card, thanks to the slot built into the camera. This supports a maximum capacity of up to 256 GB. The microSD card is not included in the package, it must be purchased separately. The camera can be powered classically at 12V, or via PoE, combining power and data in a single cable. This eliminates the need for separate power cables and reduces installation costs. The camera housing is sealed and certified with IP66 protection, ensuring increased resistance to water, dust, wind and other difficult weather conditions. Therefore, it is ideal for outdoor installations. The camera operates reliably in a temperature range between -40°C and +55°C, easily adapting to extreme climatic variations. The mobile application compatible with this camera is called DMSS and is available for free on the Google Play store and the App Store.
