A solution of this metal is added during the production process to the mass from which the sinks are later made. This ensures it is evenly distributed throughout the product, achieving durability and effectiveness far exceeding the performance of a surface coating alone. Properties of Deante granite: resistance to impact, high temperature, discoloration, and thermal shock. The granite composite is a combination of quartz sand and resins in ideal proportions. This is why our sinks are resistant not only to impact but also to high temperatures (250°C), discoloration, and thermal shock – in accordance with the European standard PN-EN 13310. They are odor-resistant and have hydrophobic properties that repel water particles. Hydrophobic properties repel water particles. Hydrophobicity is one of granite's natural properties, very useful in the kitchen.
