The Eura ELH-01H5 electronic door handle with access controller is designed for use in hotels and rental apartments. The device's firmware simultaneously supports two control systems: TTLock and TTHotel. Thanks to a mobile app that allows remote granting of entry authorization, traditional keys can be completely eliminated. Guest communication is achieved using codes generated from the app and sent to devices such as phones. The access control door handle does not require an internet connection to operate properly. However, the inclusion of a WiFi gateway in the system significantly expands its functionality. The ELH-01H5 smart door handle has a universal 38-40.5 mm (1) bolt spacing. In most cases, it allows the use of the most popular 72 mm (2) standard mortise lock cylinders, factory-installed in the door. How does it work? The door handle body features a touch-sensitive keypad with a built-in proximity key reader (key fobs/tags) and a Bluetooth module. When a proximity key is presented to the reader or a code is entered into the keypad, a pulse is sent from the access control module, which then unlocks the mechanical gear, allowing the door to be opened by pressing the exterior door handle normally. The factory-set waiting period for pressing the handle is approximately 5 seconds. After this time, the gear relocks and the lock enters a waiting state for another pulse. From the interior, the door can always be opened by pressing the handle. After closing the open door, the latch mechanism engages immediately, preventing the door from being opened from the outside without presenting a card or entering a code. In the event of a dead battery or malfunction, the lock can be opened using a standard mechanical key, two of which are included in each set. The electromechanical handle is powered by four 1.5V AA alkaline batteries and can operate for approximately one year on a single set. Battery charge status is available in the app after periodic synchronization with the door handle (via Bluetooth) or in real time (using WiFi gateways in the system). Door orientation is irrelevant; smart door handles can be installed in doors that open: left, inward; right, inward; right, outward; left, outward; TT Lock or TT Hotel TTLock mobile app. The TTLock app allows for remote granting of entry privileges; it is possible to completely eliminate the need for traditional keys. Communication with guests is achieved using, among other things, codes generated from the TTLock app sent via SMS. TTHotel TTHotel is a lightweight PMS (Property Management System) software available for Android, iOS, and Windows (desktop software). The app allows you to manage hotel reservations by generating access codes, adding proximity cards, controlling accommodation (viewing room status), and managing staff. TTHotel is a cloud-based system that complies with the OWASP standard and is certified by the security organization.
