Intex 26648GS 2800 GPH Sand Filter Pump
This 220-240 volt sand filter pump ensures even finer cleaning than regular cartridge filters. The operation of a sand filter can be compared to the natural filtration of groundwater in the dunes. With a sand filter pump, the water is pumped powerfully through the sand in the filter, thereby retaining all impurities larger than the sand grain. Dirt, such as algae, sand, and pests, remains behind in the sand filter. Filtering takes place in the pump's filter tank. The sand should be replaced once every 3 years. The filter has a timer function, allowing you to set the time when the pool needs to be filtered, but it can also be operated manually. - Built-in timer function
