They have three segments that fold into one another. Height adjustment is achieved with easy-to-use clamp locks that are resistant to weather conditions such as moisture and frost. They can also be used with gloves. A scale is placed on the segments to help determine the optimal height. Thanks to their adjustable length, the poles can be adjusted to suit your height. When folded, they measure 62 cm, allowing them to be attached to a backpack, and they extend to a maximum length of 135 cm. The tip is made of tungsten, which is abrasion-resistant and non-slip on smooth surfaces. The poles have extended EVA foam handles with contours for a secure grip. The handles are contoured for the hands, and the wrist straps prevent accidental slippage and dropping of the poles on the trail.
