The CAT6A S/FTP LSZH MPTL extension cable complies with the ANSI/TIA-568.2-D Modular Plug Terminated Link (MPTL) standard. This cable is suitable for use in overhead ducts to extend the fixed network cable of a camera or access point to a consolidation point. This MPTL cable can be fully integrated into the permanent connection. Unlike RJ45 connectors, the connection remains fully compliant with the ANSI/TIA-568.2-D standard. The cable features 26AWG pure copper wire, 50-gauge gold-plated RJ-45 contacts, and a dust jacket. The cable has an LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) jacket that reduces the risk of high concentrations of toxic gases in the event of a fire or short circuit.
