ACT industrial sensor cables (actor cables) feature a TPE (thermoplastic elastomer) jacket, making them highly resistant to mechanical stresses such as movement in a chain. The connectors are injection-molded with TPE, and the ingress protection rating is IP67. The Ultraflex Xtreme cable features individual cores composed of 52 copper wires, resulting in a cable diameter of AWG23. This design makes the cable more flexible than a standard AWG24/7 patch cable. The twisted conductors consist of thin, uninsulated copper wires twisted together. The more wires in a twisted conductor, the greater the cable's flexibility.
