Scotch® 27 is a self-adhesive fiberglass tape coated with heat-curing rubber adhesive. The fiberglass fabric is exceptionally thermally stable and characterized by high tensile strength. It is therefore suitable for insulating electrical components that generate a lot of heat and as protective wrapping against heat radiation. It can also be used as cable protection during soldering and welding work.
