Description of the HDCW 35 Repair Sleeve: The 3M HDCW repair sleeve is designed for the quick and reliable repair of damaged cable sheaths. The sleeve is placed around the damaged area and secured with the metal strip. The inside is coated with a hot-melt adhesive that, upon shrinking, oozes out laterally, creating a watertight seal on all plastic and metal sheaths. Suitable for low and medium voltage cables.
