This wire end crimping set is particularly suitable for hobbyists, tradespeople, field service technicians, service workshops, electronics engineers, and laboratory use. The tried-and-tested crimping tool included with the crimp is optimally designed for a wide range of applications and is therefore very versatile. The crimping tool for wire end crimps features automatic adjustment to the crimp diameter within a wide range of conductor cross-sections between 0.25 and 10 mm² – with every crimp. The square crimping claw ensures a secure contact for a strong connection and consistently high crimp quality. The automatically adjusting crimping mechanism is optimally calibrated at the factory but can be fine-tuned to individual requirements. The ergonomic handle fits comfortably in the hand and allows for a good grip. The pliers have a quick-release safety lock and weigh only 363 g for fatigue-free work. The assortment box with wire ferrules is packed full and neatly organized – eliminating annoying searching or the possibility of not having the required size at hand! The material is tinned copper, and the insulated wire ferrules have a vinyl plastic protective collar (DE color code). The test voltage is 600 V, the temperature resistance of the ferrules is 120°C, and the protective collars are approved up to 75°C. All parts are RoHS compliant.
