This docking station by Delock is designed for the external connection of a 2.5 or 3.5 SATA HDD or SSD, as well as an M.2 NVMe or SATA SSD via USB. This solution does not require an external case, as the drive is inserted directly into the docking station. A large fan, positioned directly behind the storage device, ensures adequate heat dissipation for the SSD or HDD. The fan can be switched on or off separately. Thanks to the specially designed adapter, the Delock docking station can be quickly and easily connected to a USB Type-A port. This makes it easy to use with new devices equipped with a USB Type-C™ port as well as with older devices that only have a USB Type-A port. The adapter is positioned directly on the cable and therefore cannot be lost.
