The Modbus module with 10 digital inputs is designed for decentralized switching tasks. It is suitable for detecting the states of potential-free switches, such as electrical limit switches on ventilation dampers or auxiliary contacts in power relays. The inputs can be used as contact or voltage inputs. A Modbus master can query the inputs via standard registers. The module is addressed and the transmission rate and parity configured via two address switches on the front or via software. It is suitable for decentralized mounting on a TH35 mounting rail according to IEC 60715 in control cabinets. Connection is via spring-type terminals (push-in).
