The ALL-MC116SPV-VDSL2 is a cost-effective, unmanaged VDSL2 bridge modem with an integrated 2x port PoE switch compliant with IEEE 802.3at, delivering a maximum of 30W per PoE port. It utilizes the G.993.2 VDSL2 standard technology for data transmission over a single copper wire pair. The ALL-MC116SPV-VDSL2 was specifically designed to support vectoring for applications ranging from telcom and ISPs to hospitality solutions for use with DSLAMs. The modem is therefore compatible with standard VDSL2 connections up to 100 Mbps. The modem has two 10/100/1000Base-T Ethernet ports with PoE IEEE802.3at, max. 30W per port. PoE budget 60W. This extender thus offers a flexible solution for extending the LAN network and is perfect for use in buildings, hotels, hospitals, or other locations outside the range of 10/100/1000Base-T (Ethernet). The vectoring technology, in particular, distinguishes the ALL-MC116SPV-VDSL2 from its counterparts, as it is designed for a vectoring connection to a DSLAM, regardless of whether it is used for a provider ISP or an in-house DSLAM. It is important to note that this is an unmanaged device. With unmanaged bridge modems, you have NO way to read the bandwidth or set VLAN tags, etc. Of course, you can read the data from your DSLAM as it has synchronized. The two PoE ports according to IEEE 802.3at with a maximum of 30W per port are still an option.
