In designing and developing the OpenScape Desk Phone CP TDM family, customer feedback was incorporated into the existing product portfolio and specific features were improved. The new family of phones is designed for seamless integration into work environments, where customers expect a professional tool for their communication needs. A new, more intuitive user interface, LEDs in the function keys for more intuitive representation of statuses, significantly improved visibility of the LED function key illumination even in bright ambient light, a robust mechanical toggle switch with tactile feedback, concave key shapes with a clearer and improved pressure point, and a stable, adjustable base for positioning the phones at a flat or steep angle are among the features that make the OpenScape Desk Phone CP TDM family so unique. Both models in the OpenScape Desk Phone CP TDM family offer a USB interface (USB slave) for using PC applications via first-party CTI. Additionally, both models offer a headset connection with DHSG/EHS functionality.
