SPAX 4x60 universal black screws in a 200-piece mini pack. This basic SPAX screw features a universal thread, ensuring a secure hold in wood, chipboard, and plastic, as well as being suitable for fastening components to thin sheet metal. The fasteners feature a classic conical head with a T-STAR recess and a full-length thread for a more secure fit. Suitable for a wide range of indoor applications; no pre-drilling required (depending on the wood type); quick and easy screwing without the need for excessive force (longer cordless screwdriver life); effectively reduces splitting force even at edges; the MULTI head is flush with the surface, mills into wood, and brakes on metal. The SPAX T-STAR PLUS socket features a patented, deeper socket with a recess for a special guide pin. It deeply seats the bit in the head's socket, ensuring only the correct seating, securely holds the bit tip, ensures stable screwdriving, does not damage the socket inside the screw head, prevents bit jamming, and offers very high mechanical strength. The SPAX 4CUT point features a sharp, four-edged blade for fast screwdriving by reducing splitting forces, gently shifting wood fibers sideways, and maintaining a uniform wood structure without splitting even at edges. The patented SPAX wavy thread profile starts at the very tip of the screw, ensuring lightning-fast screwdriving from the first turn. It draws the screw deep into the material and penetrates between the fibers, minimizing cutting and damage, helping to maintain a uniform wood structure.
