The XPOL-24 expands Poynting's highly popular Cross Polarized (XPOL) antenna series. The XPOL-24 is our first 4x4 MIMO 5G/LTE antenna with exceptional performance. This is due to the use of advanced metamaterial technology, utilizing an artificial magnetic conductor (AMC), and a new patented configuration that has proven significant improvements in bandwidth and gain. The antenna's radiation patterns are extremely well-controlled, further contributing to its excellent performance. The XPOL-24 offers wide frequency coverage from 617 to 4200 MHz, with a maximum gain of 11 dBi across the operating bands. The antenna performs exceptionally well in the following frequency bands: 617 to 960 MHz, 1710 to 2170 MHz, 2300 to 2700 MHz, and 3400 to 4200 MHz. Exceptional wideband performance is an important factor for 5G/LTE technologies, especially since these technologies rely on features like carrier aggregation (CA) to provide the best possible reception and throughput across multiple frequency bands simultaneously. Therefore, the XPOL-24 is the solution for current and future 5G/LTE antenna installations.
